Our 1-1 Personal Training sessions for Youth Athletes is tailored for the individual needs. We provide personalized attention and customized workouts, enhancing skill development and boosting confidence.
Our Group Training for Youth Athletes takes place in Small-group sessions which promote , teamwork and healthy competition while still giving them personalized attention. Coaches focus on varied skill levels, fostering physical skills and enhancing movement qualities.
Specializing in youth athletic development, our business offers targeted services for sports clubs. We offer workshops which are designed to educate parents, coaches, and/or youth players, showing the importance of proper youth athletic training. Alongside this, we offer group strength and coaching sessions which focus on age-appropriate programs, providing supervised sessions that nurture physical and movement qualities. We are committed to developing well-rounded athletes within the framework of all sports clubs.
Our primary school programmes / sessions are designed with the aim to improve fundamental movement skills, coordination, and overall fitness amongst the students, fostering a fun & energetic environment.
Our secondary school programme targets Transition Years, offering a wellness programme that specifically address students unique needs during their pivotal years. It entails activities and workshops to enhance resilience and promote positive well-being through exercise and nutrition.

Dylan’s classes were excellent and gave my son the knowledge he needed to carry out some gym work which he is really enjoying. He learned correct techniques and formed good habits from the beginning. This allowed me as a parent to trust that some gym work could be completed in a safe manor.
My 10 year old son started Dylans gym program with a goal towards long term injury prevention. He really enjoyed the sessions and has committed to sticking with the program.
My daughter has autism and joined Dylan’s classes about a year ago. She throughly enjoys it and being around other children. She has improved her co ordination, her ability to engage in the enviroment has improved and she has learned how to jump. I highly recommend Dylan and can’t thank him enough.
